HOUSTON, TX – Keener Management has been selected to manage Stonegate Apartments, a 270-unit apartment community located at 7203 Bellerive Drive in Houston, Texas. This is the firm’s second community under management for 7C Equity Group.

Located in Southwest Houston, Stonegate Apartments offers residents one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with energy-efficient, fully equipped kitchens featuring breakfast bars, 8-foot ceilings, private patios and balconies, and a choice of carpet, tile, or hardwood flooring (varies by unit). Additional features include window coverings and washer/dryer connections.
