Keener Management is a full-service management company with significant industry experience. Our team has experience managing both large and small communities, and we pride ourselves on having a team that is properly balanced across the various functions of property management. More specifically, our team has both members that have a strong track record with on-site management and leasing (“front office”) and members that have strong books and records skills with an emphasis on streamlining processes with technology (“back office”). Our property management team is supported by a strong back office and vice-versa. The interaction of our front office and back office staff is a core competency of Keener Management.
